Refund terms for subscriptions, credits, and payment support.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy withSellSelf for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@sellself.ru with your order details (order number and email address used for purchase).
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
For subscription purchases, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
If you wish to cancel your subscription after the 14-day refund period, you can do so at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription time.
