This policy applies when you use SellSelf websites, accounts, product-analysis workspaces, billing, and support.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash or external sign-in profile.
• Product data: descriptions, URLs, uploaded materials, prompts, and generated outputs.
• Usage and security data: device, browser, IP address, timestamps, feature events, and cookies.
• Payment status and transaction identifiers from YooKassa; SellSelf does not store full card details.

3. Why we process it

• Provide accounts, AI operations, research, exports, billing, and support.
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• Measure and improve reliability and usability using aggregated analytics where permitted.

4. Service providers

Contracted AI, hosting, research, payment, email, authentication, monitoring, and analytics providers process data only as needed to operate SellSelf under their applicable contracts and policies. We may also disclose information when legally required or during a business transfer.

5. No sale of personal information

SellSelf does not sell personal information. Product materials are shared with processors only when required to perform the requested service.

6. Retention

We retain data while the account is active and as needed for service, security, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations. Deleted account data may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days before normal rotation.

7. Security

We use access controls, transport encryption, protected storage, password hashing, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

• Request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction where applicable.
• Use your browser settings to review or remove browser storage. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or checkout.
• Contact privacy@sellself.ru for a privacy request. Identity verification may be required.

9. International processing and children

Providers may process information in other countries with safeguards required by applicable law. SellSelf is not intended for children under 16.
